Modern cattle breeding involves around fifty semi-meat breeds, selectively bred to efficiently convert feed into high-quality beef. At our enterprise, we work with bulls and semi-beef cows of the following breeds: Simmental, Black Spotted, Ukrainian, and Aberdeen-Angus.
- Bulls are typically between 12 and 18 months old, weighing 450-500 kg.
- Cows range from 3 to 5 years old, with a weight of 600-700 kg.
All our products adhere to the current DSTU standards, and the raw materials are sourced exclusively from private farms in Ukraine. These farms maintain animal care practices that meet or exceed European and global standards.
