MEAT PROCESSING ENTERPRISE AGROTORGOVY DIM LLC was established in 2000. The company specializes in cattle fattening and has the capacity to raise up to 25,000 head of cattle at a time. Initially, products were exported to the Middle East through the ports of Mykolaiv and Odesa, shipping cattle by live weight. However, the war has significantly impacted our export capabilities, limiting us to the port of Reni, which has a much smaller capacity.
In response to these challenges, the business owners decided to transition from live cattle exports to meat processing. In September 2022, we began reconstructing our facilities in Tarashcha, Kyiv region, to focus on meat processing. Our production area spans 2,900 square meters and includes the following operations:
- Slaughter capacity of up to 160 head of cattle per day
- Deboning capacity of up to 40 tons per day
- Shock freezing up to 36 tons per day
- Packaging in vacuum bags and corrugated cardboard
- Storage facilities for up to 100 tons of finished products
Business Objective
Our goal is to export semi-finished meat products of our own production and offer services to local farmers, including slaughtering, deboning, shock freezing, and packaging.

The MEAT PROCESSING ENTERPRISE AGROTORGOVY DIM LLC is located at 71 Bilotserkivska Street, Tarashcha, Bilotserkivskyi District, Kyiv region. The facility spans 1.476 hectares, with 2,900 square meters of production space. At full capacity, the enterprise will employ over 178 people.
Production Focus
The company specializes in the processing of veal and beef in compliance with DSTU ISO 22000:2019 standards and operates under HACCP and HALAL certification. Our planned slaughter capacity is 48,000 head of cattle annually. We offer a diverse product range of over 40 items, including chilled and frozen beef and veal offal.
